CLASSIFIEDREWARDS Overview

CLASSIFIEDREWARDS by Classified Group Management Limited serves as a Loyalty Program aimed to reward and thank loyal customers for dining at Classified Group restaurants. To sign up to CLASSIFIEDREWARDS and to receive program benefits, you will need to create an account at https://crewards.eber.co, or at any Classified Group restaurant by activating and registering the account via the provided link to your mobile phone, tablets, or android in order to earn, accumulate and redeem points.

In these Terms of Use, “Activation” means that you have to input your mobile phone number into the provided tablets, followed by the set-up of the member profile information. After agreed on terms and conditions and submitted registration, the member’s digital card will be activated via text message. The registration process may require that you provide certain personal information using the online registration form, including: first name, last name, mobile number, email address, birthday, and gender (optional).

Please read the following Terms & Conditions hereby stated from Classified Group Management Limited. By applying for CLASSIFIEDREWARDS, you agree to the terms below and participate in the program.

Classified Group Management Limited reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue CLASSIFIEDREWARDS and/or these Terms of Use or any policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the website and app. Your participation in CLASSIFIEDREWARDS confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and understand the Terms & Conditions applied.

1. DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

‘CGML’ means Classified Group Management Limited, owner and operator of CLASSIFIEDREWARDS as well as its restaurants and other related businesses.

‘Law’ means the governing Law of Hong Kong to which these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with.

2. MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES

2.1 Rewards and Benefits: The rewards as described in the CLASSIFIEDREWARDS are merely illustrative and the benefits associated with the membership may therefore vary from what is described in the kit and also vary depending on different promotions.

2.2 Restaurants: CGML does not guarantee that all restaurants will be available to the member at all times and therefore the member is required to comply with any conditions of the group.

2.3 Transfer: Your points, benefits, rewards and your registered account under CLASSIFIEDREWARDS are personal to you and may not be transferred or shared with family, friends, others or another account.

2.4 Account: Only individuals are eligible to sign up to CLASSIFIEDREWARDS, and may maintain only one Membership Account.

3. OPERATING COMPANIES

3.1 Amendment of restaurants in the program: CGML reserves the right to remove, establish or introduce new restaurants to be included in CLASSIFIEDREWARDS.

4. POINTS

4.1 Points: Every HK$1 spent, members earn (1) point. Points are earned from dine-in and takeaway only. Points earned are calculated based on the actual spending amount (excluding service charge).

4.2 Earning points: To earn points, members must present their digital card when settling the bill. Points will be credited to the member’s account immediately. Points cannot be credited afterwards.

4.3 Cash Voucher: For every 2,000 points earned, members can redeem HK$100 cash voucher which can be used towards future purchases. Cash Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of redemption.

4.4 Events and Catering: Points cannot be earned for catering events, functions, meetings or other private events.

4.5 Balance information: Members’ point balance may be found on their member card in the WebApp.

4.6 Validity: The points earned are expired on 31st December every year, all of the points will be forfeited after the expiry date and newly counted on 1st Jan.

4.7 Refund and Exchange: The points earned are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The points shall only be used for goods and services consumed at the restaurants or provided by CGML. Points cannot be exchanged, bartered or sold for cash.

4.8 Other offers: The points cannot be earned in conjunction with any third party discounts or offers offered by the group or affiliated with third parties (including but not limited to Credit Card offers, Chamber of Commerce offers, online ordering platforms, online reservation platforms) with the exception of Asia Miles, New World Club and Carrot Benefits.

4.9 Dispute: Should any dispute arise; the decision of CGML remains final.

5. PROHIBITATIONS

5.1 Illegal Activities: Illegal activity of any kind is strictly forbidden on CGML premises or facilities.

5.2 Anti-Money Laundering: In order to comply with the money laundering laws, each member gives consent to CGML to conduct checks on the member and to obtain and or disclose or release any information relating to a member’s membership account.

5.3 Commercial Purpose: No member shall, without the prior written approval of CGML, use any CGML’s premises for any commercial purpose.

5.4 Gambling: Unless permitted by law through a gambling license, gambling of any kind is forbidden on the premises of CGML.

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

6.1 No refund of points: If a member wishes to terminate their membership, no refund of points shall be made.

6.2 Termination: CGML holds the right to terminate a membership for reasons that include but are not limited to, violation of the Terms and Conditions, misrepresentation of any information or misuse of the membership, violation of law, fraud or abuse and unreasonable behaviour or disregards of the facilities rules.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

7.1 No Liability: CGML will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations in the case of Force Majeure included but not limited to: War, Riot, civil commotion, explosion, fire, power outage, severe floods, droughts, typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters or political upheavals.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1 Data collection: We request certain information on CLASSIFIEDREWARDS and the type of information collected may include but is not limited to the following: First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Birthday, Gender.

8.2: Data protection: Our members data will be handled by CGML as the data controller in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Member data may be used, disclosed or transferred to third parties relevant to the following purposes:

1) To allow members to register to CLASSIFIEDREWARDS and create a digital member card
2) For the operations of CLASSIFIEDREWARDS including points tracking, redemption of rewards, ongoing research and development.
3) For identification and verification purposes
4) To contact members with information about products, latest news, promotions, services and offers relevant to CGML.
5) For reference and record in connection with CLASSIFIEDREWARDS.

9. AMENDMENT OF RULES

9.1 Amendments: CGML reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel CLASSIFIEDREWARDS and at its sole discretion by posting revisions to https://crewards.eber.co without giving specific notice to members. These Terms & Conditions may from time to time be revoked, altered or amended by CGML.

10. EFFECTIVE DATE

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 24th February 2023 and shall govern all Memberships until it is amended, varied or supplemented by CGML
